OVERSEAS BUYERS: Smaller items (up to 2 kg) will be shipped via air small parcel service. It generally takes about 3 weeks but may take up to 6 weeks (depending on the country). Tracking is NOT available for all countries. Some heavier or more expensive items will be shipped via courier.
Depending on your country you may also be charged custom fees, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay that.
U.S. BUYERS: Most of the items will be shipped with a tracking number via air or expedited service (depending on the size and weight). It usually takes 1-2 weeks.

Item may be returned within 7 days after reception. Genuinely faulty or misrepresented goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. The full refund will be processed upon the item arrival. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
If item being returned is sent from outside Canada please mark it as a "return" and DO NOT use courier services.
