Great Progetto K 1/43rd diecast model of a Fiat Ritmo 60 CL 1978.  The model is in red with a black interior.  

This model  and box are mint condition. Made in Italy, it is one of the later well detailed models from Progetto K, which is getting more difficult to find.  Model number PK440.
