In the event that we are unable to supply the ordered goods we will inform you of this as soon as possible and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order via the Land Rover store

Please note: In order for us to process a refund, we require the goods to be unused and returned in their original packaging, including all labels.

We will process your refund through PayPal within 48 hours of receiving the goods providing they are unused and in a saleable condition.

Please note you are responsible for any loss or damage from when they are delivered to you until when they are returned to us. For this reason, please only send items back to us via a trackable postal service.

All our orders are dispatched either via Royal Mail or our approved courier. Our courier's deliveries MUST be signed for. Please note: our courier delivers Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel they will leave a card with details of when your item(s) will be redelivered or where you should go to collect them.

We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore the dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case then we will contact you to advise the expected delivery date.
