This is a PANERAI "FRANKEN" LUMINOR DAYLIGHT 5218-207/A SLYTECH 4MM WATCH. One very cool piece! This one was built with an OEM Panerai dial ( very rare) and hands, OEM Panerai case, crown and crown guard. The movement is Gen Spec 6497 Swiss Unitas.
