This listing is for an 1860-1865 size 12's PATEK PHILIPPE pocket watch.  The Case is full hunter and is 18k Solid Yellow Gold!  According to the serial number this Ultra Rare PATEK PHILIPPE dates back to the Victorian Era and is a Key Wind.  Nowhere on eBay is there another PATEK PHILIPPE watch quite this old.  

This watch does work but does not keep time accurately.  It comes with the winding key but not with the key to set the hands... you probably want to have it serviced.  Also it comes with the gold ring that holds the crystal but it is absent the crystal and needs a new one.  The porcelain dial has a hairline crack and is chipped on the edge at the III and IX Positions.  

The great hunter case is ultra rare and ultra unique the plate over the dial opens in one direction and the two back case plates open in a different direction.  Please view the photos for a more descriptive explanation. The inside case is engraved "25 Golden Years, Love CS"
