We want you to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible. Your order will be dispatched the very next day (sometimes sooner!)

All items are sent to the registered Paypal address used at checkout.

Small items are sent with Royal Mail. Should you not be in at the time of delivery Royal Mail will leave a calling card with details of how to retrieve your item.

Larger items are delivered by Hermes. Should you not be in at the time of delivery Hermes will leave a calling card and re-attempt delivery the next day.

Next Day items are delivered by City Link & TNT

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order using PayPal.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We are only able to accept orders through the High Street Today eBay web site.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Please contact us straightaway if you need to change an order. We will try our best to accommodate your requests.
Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, you can cancel and receive a full refund.
If your order has already been dispatched, you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 7 days of receipt, provided the goods are returned in their original condition.
What happens if an item(s) is found to be out of stock after my order is placed?
All items are instock ready for delivery. We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if an item is unavailable due to damage.
What happens if I receive a faulty item?

Delivery FAQs
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box Addresses.
How long will standard delivery take?
Standard delivery can take from 4-6 working days.
Your items are dispatched the next working day. Please allow 4 to 6 working days for your goods to arrive.
Deliveries are made from 7am until 8pm and may require a signature.
What couriers do you use?
We use Royal Mail & a variety of UK Couriers to delivery our parcels.
Any concerns regarding your delivery you can message us via eBay.
Do I need to wait in for my parcel?
Standard delivery parcel may require a signature. If you are not available to sign for your order, it will either be left in a secure place or they will leave a calling card which you can use to request a re-delivery.
The courier will make two further attempts to re-deliver. If they are still unable to deliver and you do not contact them within 5 working days of the first delivery attempt, your parcel will be automatically returned to our warehouse and we will refund you for the items.
What do I do if my order hasn't been delivered within the expected time frame?
If your order has not arrived, please check that it has been successfully shipped using the tracking information supplied.
If there is no tracking information available then please contact us on via eBay or email us at sales@thehighstreettoday.com so we can look into this further for you.

How long do I have to return an item for refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your goods, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.
We do reserve the right to refuse to refund goods if they are not in their original condition.
Do I have to pay to return an item?
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning any items to us.
How do I return an item I have purchased?
Please open a return item request via ebay. Always obtain a proof of posting from the post office.
