With 4-channel surround decoding and a speaker array to match, the LG Music Flow HS6 (also known as the LAS650M) offers a superior surround sound experience. The broad casing also plays its part in widening the soundstage, giving you a much more immersive experience.
Powerful sound
Despite its sleek lines, the LG HS6 packs a punch. Using a digital amplifier, this LG soundbar boasts 160W for the soundbar alone (plus another 160W for the subwoofer). This gives the Music Flow sound bar exceptional dynamics and the ability to 'throw' the sound well out into the room. In short, the sound is far more dynamic than that from typical TV speakers.
Wireless subwoofer for room-shaking bass
Although the soundbar offers a powerful and engaging sound, for genuine, cinema style bass you really need a separate subwoofer. The enhanced wireless subwoofer that comes with the Music Flow HS6 packs a potent punch, making all the difference with action movies now being felt as well as heard!
Bluetooth, DNLA plus wired connections
The Music Flow HS6 also has music streaming capabilities. Bluetooth lets you connect up pretty much any smartphone, tablet plus newer laptops, PCs and Macs for simple, effortless music streaming. You can also connect via DLNA-enabled devices on your home network using Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Tap into a connected NAS drive and you'll have access to tens of thousands of stored music tracks. Finally, a 3.5mm Aux input lets you wire up an MP3 player, iPod or TV without digital output.
Multi-room music
Far more than just a soundbar, the Music Flow HS6 has also been designed to be an integral part of a multi-room audio system. Controlled by LG's Music Flow player, you can either play the same music in every room or different tracks around the home. For a quality signal that's more stable than your existing Wi-Fi, the LG Stable Mesh network creates a Dual band net for a stable platform, without the risk or dropout.
Go with the Flow
Available for Android, iOS and PC, the LG Music Flow Player app gives the ultimate control over your entire LG Flow system. Whether you are, you can select the music you want to play in each of the zones and the volume at which you want it. It also effortlessly connects to music streaming services such as Spotify, Napster and Deezer for endless music playback.
HDMI with ARC and optical inputs
With an HDMI input and output you can plug in a Blu-ray player or games console and carry the picture through to your TV. Thanks to the Audio Return Channel you also only need a single HDMI cable between soundbar and TV to hear the sound from the TV's onboard receiver. There's also an optical input for other sources such as a DVD player or set-top box.
