When will I get my goods and how will they be delivered?

We aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of payment.

For UK customers, standard delivery service orders will take between 2 and 5 working days to arrive.

Need quicker delivery? – then upgrade your delivery by selecting ‘Express Delivery’ as part of the checkout process. ‘Express Delivery’ orders received and paid for by 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be delivered the next working day for UK mainland customers.

If you are based in the UK we will deliver your order to you using either the Royal Mail or one of our courier partners. The shipping service used is dependant upon the weight, size, destination and shipping service selected for your order.

If your order is being delivered by courier then the delivery will often require a signature. If you are not in when the driver arrives, they will leave a card with the consignment details and some information regarding re-delivery. The order will then be returned to the courier local depot. You then have up to four working days to contact the courier to either arrange a re-delivery or arrange for collection from your local depot. If you do not contact the courier within this timescale then your order will automatically be returned to our headquaters and a handling charge will be incurred. If this is the case, we can arrange to have your order re-delivered to you but this will incur an additional shipping charge.

For customers based in Europe (including the Republic of Ireland), we ship all orders by Airmail or courier and goods should be received within 5 to 10 working days of the date of your order.

For customers based in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other worldwide addresses, all orders are shipped by Airmail or courier and goods should be received within 7 to 14 working days of your order.

365 Day Return Policy.

Are we crazy?

At Pricerighthome.com we’re offering all buyers a 365 Day Return Policy. We’ve all bought online and then discovered that we’re bound to a 14 or 30 day return policy. Some mean websites are even offering a paultry 7 day return, or even no returns at all.

But not us! We’re offering you one whole year! So if you’re not sure about a purchase, or are worried about buying early for Christmas, there really is nothing to worry about. Simply return any unwanted items in the condition you received them in, and in their original packaging, and we’ll fully refund the cost of the goods.

There are no catches, and no exceptions.

We’re not crazy, it’s just good simple customer service.
