Returns

We offer a hassle free returns policy. If within 14 days of receiving your goods you decide the unused item is no longer needed simply  contact us through the resolution center and return the items within 30 days. Please be aware that we do not offer returns on  personalised customized items such as hen party t-shirts and stickers.

How To Order?

1. Click onto the product that you would like to order choose your options on the drop down menu, then click on the 'Add to Basket' link this is located underneath the BUY IT NOW BUTTON!

2.You will then go to your basket, please choose your delivery options and remember it takes 1 extra day for all personalisation items to leave our warehouse so you may want to choose a quicker delivery option! Then click the 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' button.

3. On your checkout page you will see your full order details -please click onto the 'Add message' link and fill in the short form with your personalisation details

We need to know -

• The Hens Name
• The Party Location
• The Party Date

This can vary for each design. So please look at your chosen design carefully as your details will fit into the design neatly we do not offer completely different design arrangements or extra words.

What do I Need To Know?

• Please use the size guide available when choosing t-shirt and vest top sizes.
• Please do not forget to send us your personalisation details
• Please choose the correct delivery option as time scale is 1 day longer
• Please be aware that our designs are set and you will only be aloud to change set words on the t-shirts such as - the hen name, location and date.
• We do not except returns on personalised/custom made items.

Hen Party T-Shirt Size Guide

T-Shirt sizes 8 to 18 are a Lady Fit T-Shirt which are slightly tapered at the waist. Sizes 20 to 24 are Unisex T-Shirts.

Hen Party Off The Shoulder T-Shirt

These t-shirts are designed to have a loose fit with one sleeve sitting off the shoulder.

Hen Party Vest Top Size Guide

These vest tops are fitted. Size 18 is the largest we go up to in vest tops.

All measurements are given as a guide.
