All phone cases include shipping and handling for USA orders only (ncluding APO/FPO address, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, etc.) All international orders will require shipping and handling fees.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct during checkout. Once payment is made, we cannot make any changes to your address as we ship out our products within one business day. Packages returned due to invalid addresses are subject to a $3 restocking fee.
All orders will ship out within 1 business day and if orders are placed 1pm PST, it will make it out the same business day.
International orders, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be.
International shipping times range from 7-30 days. If for any reason you do not receive it by the 21st day, please let us know and we'll issue you a full refund.
Returns Policy
Wydan_tech accepts returns on accessories within 14 days of purchase. Product must be in resalable condition and be returned with all original components/accessories. All returns are subject to a $2.50 restocking fee.
We believe in ensuring that you receive the 5 star service. Ebay's current feedback system allows you to leave not only feedback, but a detailed seller rating (5 stars). Anything below a 5 star rating is unacceptable. If for any reason you feel that you did not receive the 5 star service or need to leave us less than 5 stars, please contact us and we'll make it right.
