We offer a 14 day return/exchange policy for our products. You can choose refund or exchange if you are dissatisfied for any reason with your product. Please note that if you wish to return an item, you have to pay the return shipping cost. As soon as you inform us that you wish to return an item, we will arrange with our warehouse to provide a return shipping label. We will then send it to you by eBay message and you will have to attach it on the package. All returns are fulfilled by our courier. As soon as you send back the item, the warehouse will inspect the item and then we will issue the refund to your Paypal account. This is a standard procedure and no exceptions will be made. Please note that we cannot give refunds or replacements after the 14 day limit has expired. When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 7 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process as quickly as possible.
