The very first series in the Classic Pens CP Collection was launched in 1990, the CP1 Targa by Sheaffer. The work on this pen established a fruitful cooperation between Classic Pens, Sheaffer and engraving house Murelli R S.A.R.L. The stylish Targa by Sheaffer, launched in 1976, is now regarded as a modern classic.
The CP1 Targa is a deeply engraved full sterling silver pen. It was offered in a single world wide edition of 250 pens in the rich Vannerie (Basketweave) pattern. This pattern is exclusive to Classic Pens for the Targa in sterling silver. The pens are laser engraved on the cap ornament with the CP1 logo and the individual limited edition number. The cap band is engraved with the manufacturer's name, Sheaffer, and the pens carry the London Assay Office sterling silver mark.
It is fitted with an 18 karat solid gold inlaid nib, a Sheaffer exclusive.
Shipped in the original hand made Classic Pens CP1 box with Classic Pens certificate of authenticity, Sheaffer warranty card, ink cartridges, and a converter in the pen.

Defective Merchandise

For out of box defects (the first 10 days after you receive your order), we will pay return shipping for defective items and we will replace your item. After 10 days, we will still make it right, but we will not pay return shipping.
