 Note.  Some of the rubber connecting bans are worn from time and heat and could break when applying to jig.  We are not checking every ban.  Just blowing them out at unheard of prices.  Lesser quality skirts can sell from .50 on eBay even .70 each at Bass Pro Shops. To preserve every skirt, we suggest you hand tie before use.  But at these prices you could just take your chances.
