Your item will be dispatched, within 2 business days of receipt of your payment as promised (Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays NOT included). It will then be in the hands of the Courier/Royal Mail, who say the item should be with you within 7 days if you live in the UK or 10 - 14 days if you live in Europe or up to 30 days if you live outside of Europe. If it has not reached you in this time please contact me and I will try to resolve the matter. Please bear in mind it is dispatch time and not delivery time you are marking us on. We do our best to offer you a 5 star service if you feel for any reason you have not received this, then please contact us prior to leaving feedback so we can resolve the matter. PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BUYING.

Please check that your address details on eBay & Paypal are correct, if the parcel is returned to us for any reason the buyer will be responsible for the cost of returning it to us and the cost of postage/shipping to the buyer again.
