New Andres Sarda black semi sheer tube top type of blouse. Sheer ties on side tie in back (i've shown tie in one of the pics since back picture of bow is hard to see since it's black). Elastic around top and bottom that creates a ruffle around bottom. I've shown picture of top with elastic around waist and pulled down. Light lined cups sewn in front. Lace trmi along top front edge. Top edge of top measures approx. 25" around unstretched. Overall length is 18" long. Bottom elastic measures 26" around unstretched. Size 32 / small. 80% polyester and 20% cotton.
