Auction Policy

Payment must be made in full within five (5) business days from the date of purchase.  If payment is not received, we reserve the right to re-list any item, and request credit from eBay.

Winning Auctions will be processed and shipped within five (5) business days of payment being received and cleared, except Sunday and Holidays

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges for returns and/or warranty work.

Shipping Method: USPS Priority Mail (ETA 2 - 6 days) only, no exception. Tracking number is available for online tracking through Paypal.  Please check before you have any question.  No pick ups or COD.  Escrow service is not available.

Unless otherwise stated LAPTOPTEK warrants all parts for 14 days from the date of shipment.  Please check part number and compatibility before you buy.  We will not accept return unless it’s not working, we will exchange another one to you, no refund, please return within 10 days after receipt.
