Returns Policy

Faulty Goods - Return within 30 days of receipt including all cable, power adapters and docking connectors for a replacement or refund. If the item is over 30 days old please contact us.

Unwanted Goods - Return within 7 days including all cable, power adapters and docking connectors for full refund. Over 7 days we reserve the right to refuse or charge a re-stocking fee of £5. Unwanted headphones cannot be returned once opened.
