If the item does not work or does not match the description in the ad; please contact Discount Depot within 72 hours. If the item is defective or does not match the description in the ad then Discount Depot will issue a replacement upon receipt of the original item. In instances where there are no more like items in stock, Discount Depot will issue a refund. If there is a problem, and a refund is issued, only the bid price will be refunded.
