Shipping
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working day of receiving cleared payment. Since we 'sub-contract' our post to a third party company to get delivered, we ourselves cannot give an exact time or date as to when your order will arrive. As a general guide, we ask customers to please allow between 2-5 working days for delivery within the UK, and between 5-10 working days for delivery outside of the UK (after dispatched).
The majority of our items are sent using delivery services provided by the Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated in the P&P section of the item listing where we will offer a "Get It Fast!" option by using another courier such as ParcelForce and their 48 or 24 hour delivery service (UK only).
NOTE 1: A 'working' day is the same as a 'business' day and does NOT include weekends or bank holidays. Please wait until the estimated times provided in the delivery schedule above have exceeded before contacting us regarding the arrival of your order.
NOTE 2: The Royal Mail in their own words do not consider any items as undelivered or lost until at least 15 working days after the dispatch date, therefore we do not take any action in the event of a 'missing' package until this period of time has passed.

Return Policy
If you would like to return an item to us simply for a refund, please inform us within 14 calendar days of your purchase and briefly explain the reason for the return. We will then provide you with our 'return address' to send the unwanted item(s) back to – this must be done at your own expense. The item(s) must remain sealed, unopened , unused, and in the same new condition as sent out so it/they can be re-sold again in order for you to qualify for a full refund.
If you would like to return an item to us that is faulty, has been damaged during transit, or that has been sent incorrect by mistake, again please inform us within 14 calendar days of your purchase explaining the reason for the return. We will then provide you with our 'return address' to send the faulty/damaged/wrong item(s) back to and we will replace your order – the postage costs to do this will eventually be covered by us once we receive the item(s) back.
NOTE 1: For whatever reason you are returning an item to us, you MUST inform us within our 14-Day period, otherwise you will NOT be eligible for a refund / replacement.
NOTE 2: Please return all items in the original packaging – if this is not available then you must find suitable packaging elsewhere at your own expense

1. We reserve the right to cancel any bids, including but not exclusive to those made by bidders with low or no feedback. If you have low or no feedback, please contact us prior to bidding.
2. Orders whose ship to address does not match with their confirmed PayPal ship to address will be automatically cancelled. Please contact us prior to purchase if your ship to address is not the same as your paypal confirmed shipping address.
3. We ship by royal mail

Orders will ship from the Quantumsupplies*co*uk offices within 2 business days of the payment being received via PayPal. Shipping is available worldwide. However, we do reserve the right to confirm payment and impose up to a seven day waiting period on shipments to non confirmed paypal addresses.
