SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship orders every business day, Monday through Friday, from our distribution location in La Quinta, California. Orders received by noon EST (Monday - Friday) will ship Same Day! However, a select few items ship direct from the manufacturer, and those typically ship in 1-2 business days.

Continental United States

Mr Topes Golf ships via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. We offer FREE ground service within the Continental United States on most items sold on eBay. Packages containing 4 golf clubs or more will ship FedEx. PO Box addresses are not accepted for FedEx shipments. All customers will receive a shipping tracking number and damage insurance. For those golfers in a hurry we also offer expedited shipping options from USPS and fedex, prices are shown in our eBay checkout.

Domestic Priority Mail Express

Need that club in a hurry? Mr. Topes Golf offers USPS Priority Mail Express overnight delivery to most U.S. locations.

Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

Note, you may notice that you are offered FedEx Ground Shipping at eBay checkout, but we'lll change that to USPS Priority Mail when we process your order. USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method to AK, HI and PR. Orders that shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico and weight greater than 2lbs do not qualify for FREE ground shipping. Shipping rates are quoted in our eBay checkout.

Canada

Mr. Topes Golf exclusively ships United States Postal Service Priority Mail to all Canadian customers. Orders shipped to Canada do not qualify for FREE ground shipping. Shipping rates are quoted in our eBay checkout. Please contact your local customs office for more details. Note: Canadian shipments are subject to Canadian Tax/Duties and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

International

Mr Topes Golf exclusively ships United States Postal Service Priority Mail to all International customers. Orders shipped to International do not qualify for FREE ground shipping. Shipping rates are quoted in our eBay checkout. Note: International shipments are subject to your Country's laws, you may be subject to import Tax/Duties and is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Your charge from Mr Topes Golf includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local government office if you'd like more information. Note: We have no control over these charges nor can we predict accurately what they may be.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged

Shipping problems, while not common, can occur. If you have a problem with your order that is related to shipping, please contact us at 1-855-MR-TOPES for assistance or Send an Email. Please have your order number ready and contact us at our toll free number.

Tracking Information

You will receive a shipment confirmation email the day that your order leaves our location. This email will contain your tracking number along with a link to the tracking website for your package.

RETURN INFORMATION

Mr. Topes Golf wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied, please email thru ebay and we will do our best to make you happy. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received.  We offer a 30 day no-hassle 100% return policy on all preowned golf equipment. Items purchased in New Condition and then used can be returned, but will receive a 25% reduced refund.

Damaged in Transit

Mr Topes Golf provides insurance on all items shipped via USPS and FedEx. If your product arrives damaged notify us immediately via email, please include your phone number.  We'll immediately open a damage goods claim with the shipping service. After five business days you'll receive a 100% PayPal refund and a prepaid shipping label, use label to ship damage item(s) back to us. Fun Fact less than 3% of all goods shipped from Mr Topes Golf experience transit damage.

USPS

Requires proof of damage, please email or text us a photo showing damaged box and broken item.

FedEx

Has up to five business days to perform an inspection of box and contents, so please do not discard original box and item(s).

Condition Rating Returns

We take great care in describing the condition of our products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our representation, please let us know immediately and we'll do our best to make you happy.

Return Procedure

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). Please contact us by email to receive your RMA # before returning an item. Upon receipt of your RMA #, clearly write this RMA # on the outside of the box containing your return and then ship it back to us. We recommend that you fully insure any item(s) that you return to us just to be safe. As for the return process:
