This neck is older, so it has a few dings from play.  The worst of it is the ding on the back of the headstock.  The frets only have minor ware, not enough to cause "buzzing" or other play issues (please see all 12 photos).  The truss rod functions properly and it has no functional issues. Includes the original tuners and string trees pictured.  Authentic USA Fender neck!
