Payment
We accept payment by PayPal, Cheque and Postal Orders.
By PayPal - We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address. Please note that paying by eCheque through
PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the PayPal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date)
Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched to you within 1 working day.
By Postal Order - Please contact us after purchase for our postal address. It is in your interest to send Postal Orders by Recorded or Special Delivery only.
Shipping
All items are in stock and are despatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received.
Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day.
UK Delivery: Royal Mail 1st Class normally 1 - 2 working days, but not guaranteed.
Europe & Ireland: Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail normally 2 to 5 working days, but not guaranteed.
We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch.
Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 14 day period.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.
Returns/Warranty
Our products come with a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only.
This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user.
If your item develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect please get in contact with us via eBay.
If you return your item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt we will refund you less the P&P.
Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently.
We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive.
All Returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt at our office.
Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

Q: When can I expect delivery of my item?

Q: I Would like a Refund?
A: A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 7 working days of receipt, and in
its original condition. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, and we will provide you with the information
you require to return the item. All returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
Q: Why is the cost of P&P more than the cost of a stamp?
A: Our costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling charges. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our
items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.
