The case is extremely rugged, with its waterproof seal and secure latch that you can count on to keep the items inside dry and safe. When you open the case the first thing you�ll see is a signal mirror for alerting rescuers. The entire unit weighs just 0.38 lbs. and features everything you would need in case of an emergency. It has a nylon cord, quick tinder for starting fires, a stainless steel wire for a variety of tasks, fishing hooks and line, a sewing needle and more. Additionally, there is a set of survival instructions written by Buck Tilton included. The box also has 3 tools integrated into it. First, there is an AUS-8 steel bladed folding knife with a built-in ultra-bright LED that can be seen from 20 miles away and a 100-decibel durable whistle. Next, you have a liquid damped compass that can be used while in the case or can be removed for stand-alone use. Finally, there is a waterproof Fire Lite� Sparker for starting fires.

THE HOME SECURITY SUPERSTORE offers a warranty on all products of at least 60 days. Some products have manufacturer's warranties that are much longer and generally range from 1-5 years. A few of our products even have lifetime warranties covered by the manufacturer. Products with expiration dates, like pepper spray, have a warranty that is governed by the expiration date. Unless otherwise specified, The Home Security Superstore (Velocity Products, Inc) will repair its products with new or rebuilt parts, free of charge, in the U.S.A. for at least 90 days from the date of original purchase in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship. Product must be shipped back to The Home Security Superstore for repair in original packing. Shipping charges for all returns are at the expense of the customer. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty performance is rendered. We email all customers an invoice and this is sufficient documentation to submit for warranty coverage. This warranty only covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, which occur during normal use. It does not cover damage which occurs in shipment (covered separately) or failures which are caused by products not supplied by The Home Security Superstore or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, or commercial use of the product, or service by anyone other than The Home Security Superstore, or damage that is attributable to acts of God. Limits and Exclusions There are no express warranties except as listed above. THE HOME SECURITY SUPERSTORE® SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Batteries, pepper spray and other disposable items with usage expectancy potentially below 90 days are excluded. Returns

If there is any problem with the item you received, please contact us and we?ll be happy to replace it or accept your return for refund within 60 days of your purchase. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs for any item this is returned as undeliverable, unclaimed, or refused.
