I do my best to ship every day, however it is not always possible. Shipping in North America takes between 2 to 7 business days. Shipping outside may take between 2-3 weeks, depending on the region. If you want to buy more than 1 item I do combine shipping.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of item delivery. Shipping charges are covered by the buyer unless defective or wrong item was sent. If you are outside of Canada please clearly mark the item as "RETURN". Put "Canadian goods being returned to Canada" in any instructions or note sections. Please use postal service and NOT couriers.
