The LB5 Kouseki (metal ore) in Diamond Brown is part of the Classic Pens 25th Anniversary Shizen (Nature) Pens collection. As with every other Classic Pens model, extensive time was spent on every design element resulting in a truly distinctive version of the Sailor King Profit that won't be mistaken for any other. This is a 5 mm longer version of this top of the line pen. Starting with a great pen from Sailor, that competes with the best from any other pen maker, and adding the unique cachet of Andreas Lambrou's design experience with Classic Pens will make this a winner and a desired collectible. Many Classic Pens models have actually increased in value since they were produced, a rarity in the pen business. The distinct diamond brown acrylic is complimented with a rich gold plated trim.
The Edition size is just 50 pens in each of five planned finishes. Duets are available with matching LE numbers. The diamond brown material is a diffusion bonded acrylic exclusive to Classic Pens. The special process creates an extremely durable and stable pen material that provides a lifetime of use and enjoyment.
The fountain pen uses a converter/cartridge system. This pen is fitted with the superb 21k solid gold Sailor medium nib. The standard nibs are slightly flexible and write with a silky smooth feel.

The complete collection of LB5 pens includes, Tensui (raindrops) in Space Blue with gold plate trim, Tairiku (continent) in Marble White, Midorigi (new green trees) in Forest Green, Kaen (violent flames) in Flame Red, Kouseki (metal ore) in Diamond Brown, Tairiku (continent) in Amethyst Mauve, and Tensui (raindrops) in Space Blue with rhodium plate trim.

Japanese grade medium solid 21 karat gold nib marked "1911" over "21K" over "875" over Sailor logo. NOTE: Japanese nib grades run finer than other makers, so a medium will write more fine than a non-Japanese broad nib.

All items are shipped carefully wrapped and packed in USPS boxes. We ship refills in padded shipping mailers.

We will only charge actual shipping cost plus our handling fee. If you are overcharged, we will refund the balance.
