Shipping Information:

We primarily use UPS to ship items won in our auctions. If you would like USPS or FedEx please make note of it upon payment! While we can ship with USPS, please note that utilizing USPS may result in a slightly longer shipping time. Signature required for delivery (item(s) + shipping) over $500. You may use eBay's own shipping calculator (located in the Shipping tab) to figure out the shipping cost prior to bidding or making an offer. We will find an exact shipping quote upon request for any item that has been ordered. We are not able to ship items that will not physically fit into a P.O. box to a P.O. box address or Puerto Rico unless you agree to accept the cost of the additional charges from USPS.  Please note: we can only ship to PR using USPS and our Free Ground shipping is only valid within the continental United States; extra charges apply to AK & HI.

EPC, Inc. observes the restrictions set by the United States Government on what items can be sent out of the United States. The International shipping of any items purchased will follow those restrictions. If you are unsure about your ability to receive merchandise, contact the US Department of the Treasury- Office of Foreign Asset Control - via their website. NOTE We will not ship ANY item to ANY country deemed dangerous by the United States government or any country on the Do Not Ship To list.

Warranty Information:

EPC includes a 30 Day Warranty on all sold items. We accept returns and will pay return shipping to our facility for any item that is defective, damaged or misrepresented for any items that are covered under the warranty. The item will be repaired, replaced, or have a refund issued for that/those returned item(s). EPC does not warranty any item that is shipped outside of the United States. For all other returns, shipping will be paid by the customer and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
