This is an adorable new Japanese porcelain Maneki Neko or Beckoning Cat in the form of a teacup. It measures 3.38 inches high by 3.13 inches in diameter at its widest point.  It has black ears and a red collar.

The condition is very good and it would make a great gift for any Maneki Neko collector or cat fancier.
