I am happy to accept returns - please contact me via messages. All returned items must be insured to the full value and in the original packaging with tracking information immediately available to me.
All shades are shipped via Hermes (shown as other courier shipping option) with standard insurance covered up to £25.00.
To cover your shade for the full value please select the HERMES TRACKED shipping option. This option requires a signature and provides cover up to the value of £100.00. Unfortunately shipping discounts for multiple items of the same size can no longer be given due to a high increase in shipping fees, however, this increase has not been passed on to my shipping fees at present.
If you prefer to have delivery using an alternative courier service i.e. Parcel Force, please contact me prior to purchase.
Refunds for damage or non-delivery will be made to the value of the shipping choice selected i.e. if the item costs £34.99 with a selected shipping option of 'other courier' that covers up to £25.00 - the item value refund would be no more than £25.00. By selecting the 'other courier' shipping rate, you are confirming that you accept the risk.
Refunds will only be issued after receipt of checked goods and for the item value only and to the level of insurance selected.
If shipping is included in the item price i.e FREE shipping - a 10% deduction to cover shipping is made from any returns or exchanges.
Returns are NOT accepted for used goods. Returns are NOT accepted for goods where the buyer has requested anything additional or different to the original listing i.e. a different coloured cushion back, pompom colour or lampshade height etc.
Order cancellations are not accepted.
