ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS:
All items stated NWT or NEW are 100% authentic and new. Some items will have tags cut or a black line drawn through the designer name on the tag. This is to prevent retail returns on our items.

The products we offer were previously available for sale in a catalog or retail environment and possibly exposed to dressing rooms/customer contact. In addition, since they are sent through a reverse supply chain (ex. from a retailer back to a centralized warehouse) they can show further signs of handling. All flaws will be noted in the description.

All of our items are shipped via USPS

Items ship within 1 business day, unless otherwise specified.

International Customers:  Please allow 15-45 days for delivery of packages due to customs clearance.  No guaranteed arrival date for international orders.

We take returns for 30 days for an exchange or refund. If you choose a refund there is a 10% restocking fee. If you choose an exchange there is not a restocking fee and the exchange item ships for free.

Shipping costs are not refunded for international sales.

Express Mail upgrade shipping costs are not refunded.

QUALITY TAG MUST STILL BE ATTACHED OR ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
