We are not an expert or authority on these items.  Your experienced eye may find things that we have missed, though not intentionally.  We attempt to describe the items to the best of our ability and the pictures are part of our descriptions, so please super size to look for bumps, bruises, dings, dents, crazing and discolorations.   (We also take photos of the items that are not published so that we might identify these items as being originally ours).  Most of our items are vintage and vintage condition is assumed.   These items come directly from attics, cellars, sheds, barns, yard and estate sales. We make no warranties or guarantees regarding packaging odors, dust, stray pet hairs or other things outside of our control.    We also do not completely clean all items so tape residue, calcification or other deposits may be present.  It is the new owners' responsibility to clean.  All measurements are approximate and not exact unless otherwise stated. 

RETURNS:  We do NOT file claims on lost or damaged items and we do not make refunds or reimbursements on behalf of USPS.   We do not assume responsibility for abuse during shipping.  We do not refund shipping costs on returns, FOR ANY REASON.   But, if your package does arrive with damage, "you" can take the package to your post office and file a claim or do so on-line.   This is your responsibility since you have merchandise, why insurance was purchased and because according to USPS the addressee is the recipient of the claim.     If you need any further information that is not on the label or in your Ebay account, feel free to contact us for that information and we will send it to you.   We will NOT automatically refund your PayPal account if you choose not to make the effort to make the claim.  If you wish to return the item our policy is the same as EBay's.   They will have you send the item back to us with tracking at your cost before issuing you a refund.  If, you choose to return damaged merchandise rather than file a claim, you must notify us in writing that you are waiving your right to the insurance claim, so that we might file.      We also STRONGLY recommend insurance, as you are responsible for returning the item in the same condition you have received it. So, if the item is damaged or missing pieces,  you will not receive your money back.  Shipping damage is the sole responsibility of the shipping agency, regardless of what you may think of our packing methods.

We ship USPS and insurance is REQUIRED and INCLUDED with priority mail and is included in the shipping charges.  We do combine shipping where ever possible, just let us know you are bidding on multiple items.    We want your shopping experience to be 5-star and we use bubble and peanuts to ship your item.    Due to some negative international shipping experiences we are currently NOT shipping internationally, sorry.   Remember, we do NOT set the charges for shipping and we do try and keep the costs down by not charging a handling fee, but packing materials and boxes do add to the weight of the item.   We do NOT want your item to arrive with damage.
