The cosmetic condition of this lens is superlative. Though it shows signs of use the brushed chrome finish of the various barrel components is quite nice, making this fast wide angle lens a very attractive sight. it’s optical condition is just as good as the cosmetics are. The glass is completely smooth, free from marks or abrasions in the coatings or exposed surfaces. The lens is perfectly clear and free of fog and fungus with negligible internal dust. Both front and rear lens caps are original.
The Auto-Quinaron 35mm f/2.8 has a reputation for superb sharpness and fine contrast. Additionally, it’s ability for close focus, nearing about 4in/11cm, makes if perfect for close-up imagery and fun wide angle distortions.
