In great working condition, removed from a Gigabyte Titan X a few weeks ago where it has worked flawlessly for around 12 months.  Includes all screws for mounting both the block and backplate to a Titan X (Maxwell).  I believe this should also work on some 980 GTX models but please do your research first.
