This is an original, played-with LEGO set in the condition listed.  It comes with everything shown, if you do not see it in the photos, it’s not included.

GENERAL NOTES (SPECIFIC NOTES ABOUT SET BELOW)

• • As these pieces have been played with, there may be some light scuffing to the pieces and other minor flaws, such as small nicks. I will describe any major flaws as best as I can, but please note that this set is not mint.
• • Please ask if anything is unclear. I have tried my best to accurately describe the item.
• • Item will be sent disassembled, aside from Mini Figures and other pieces that may make sense to keep assembled. 
• • Items will be shipped in a box

• • Parts List based on information from BrickLink.com.  “Extra” pieces that may have come with the set originally are not included. All parts need to make Main Model are included.
• • All pieces are genuine LEGO brand pieces. Should you find an off brand or missing piece, let me know and I will make it right.

• -        This set is in Excellent, Gently-Played with condition
• -        Pieces have minimal playwear
• -        Set is pretty clean overall, but may have some slightly dusty areas from being on display

Instruction Details:

• -        Instructions are in Great Condition with minor wear
• -        Middle pages are separated from the lower staple (all other pages are attached)
• -        All pages intact

Box Details:

• -        Box is in Great Condition overall
• -        Box has some areas of missing graphics where tape was peeled off
• -        Box has a small piece of gift-wrap attached
• -        Box is pretty crisp overall, with minimal wear
• -        Box is opened on both ends

Overall, this set is in Excellent Condition. I would grade this set a 90 out of 100.
