Shipping

We post daily Monday-Friday and aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of receiving payment.

For UK Orders we use a combination of DPD and Royal Mail with an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days.

We ship globally, for the majority of EU countries we use DPD and for Non-EU countries we use Royal Mail tracked services.

Delivery usually takes 7-14 days but can vary depending on your location.

Tracking numbers will be available upon request.

We are not responsible for any delays or charges due to overseas customs.

We accept payment via Paypal.

Please kindly make payment within 4 days of purchase unless organized with us in advance.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy.

Items must arrive back with us in the same condition they left. Packaging and shoe boxes must be in teh same condition

All returns must be organized with us before you send.

We aim to process returned orders the same day we receive them back to minimise delay for you.

If you would like to return your item, please start an ebay return request and follow the instructions.

You are responsible for return postage costs.

If returning from outside the EU – packages must be clearly labeled “ITEM BEING RETURNED”; this is to avoid any customs charges.

Failure to do this may result in the item being returned to you by customs.
