For sale, a TOUGHER TO FIND U.S. MILITARY ISSUED AND BEAUTIFUL ROUND BRASS VARIETY old  "good for"  style trade token which actually is  "GOOD FOR 25C IN TRADE"  at a military site, token says "REDEEMABLE AT FT. LEWIS N.C.O. OPEN MESS, NOT GOOD FOR CASH", which was located at military site of  FORT LEWIS, WASHINGTON STATE.

THESE OLD MILITARY TOKENS ARE ALWAYS VERY COLLECTIBLE....FORT LEWIS GOES BACK ABOUT 100 YEARS, STARTED AROUND 1917.

THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL MILITARY USED TOKEN ONCE USED AT MESS HALL FOR "FORT LEWIS" The site of Fort Lewis is located in Pierce County Wa between Spanaway and Olympia Washington

This is a neat old token, and a great natural patina specimen. This round variety is listed in catalog under FORT LEWIS

Trade token is brass metal, round, about 25mm  in diameter,  as listed in book,  displays very nicely. (please see pictures in gallery) has not been cleaned...could not imagine finding a nice one
