Postage Methods & costs:

The Majority of items for UK dispatch are sent by Royal Mail 1^st or 2^nd class recorded mail. Higher value items via Registered next day delivery. Large bulky items via Parcel Force 48 or other Courier service. All will require a signature on arrival. Low value items will be via first class mail with proof of postage obtained. All overseas deliveries are via Royal Mail Air Sure or International Signed for services. Postage is charged at cost and in the event that I have quoted too high the difference will be reimbursed via paypal. All overseas buyers are responsible for any import / customs charges

Delivery Times: Most items will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of cleared payment. However as I work away for two days a week there may be a slight delay. Please allow up to five working days for delivery within the UK. Overseas delivery times vary as in some cases items can be held at customs please allow up to 21 days.

I am a private seller and do not buy things to resell I am just selling off a great eclectic collection of accumulated and inherited pieces. Prior to making a purchase buyers must satisfy themselves that they are happy with their choice, and terms of sale

Returns Accepted: Please contact me within the first seven days,and return within fourteen days. Items returned in a clothing category must be in the original condition that it was delivered. A full refund applies if I have made an error within the listing. Should the buyer have merely changed their mind, worn the item for an evening out or does not fit (all measurements are supplied)  then a 20% restocking / cleaning charge will apply to cover my ebay costs. Refunds are Issued upon return of goods. No part refunds.

Please note postage price is non re-fundable.  Returns are at buyers own cost. I always retain proof of postage just incase items get lost or go missing via Royal Mail. I always aim to get all items to their destination safely and in good time,

Please be aware Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 15 days have lapsed in UK 25 days for overseas. In these cases I will assist buyers with their claim
