Unless otherwise stated, all items are being sold AS-IS as we cannot possibly test all items we sell especially electrical ones – so please bear this in mind before bidding.

Ebay expects you to complete any auction that you win. Please do not bid unless you intend to purchase the item you are bidding on.

This is only fair to you, us, and the other bidders. We have heard all the excuses going, on not wanting the item, and so we report all non-paying bidders to ebay as they do give you two chances to confirm your bid. We do give out unpaid strikes so please keep this is mind if you do not pay. This may also limit your ebay account

RETURN POLICY:

If you not happy with the item(s) within 2 days of delivery simply send it back to us for a full auction price refund, no part refunds! That's it!

PLEASE NOTE: We will NOT cover the cost to ship the item back to us or the initial shipping you paid. Only the final winning auction bid price. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID….this is very simple…

We do expect the product to arrive in the same condition as we shipped it and you will be responsible for any repacking and insurance

Please include in the package the reason for the return. We can refuse this policy right if the product is not the same or has been tampered with as we shipped or got damaged in transit not covered by insurance. We feel this is one of the most fair and honest policy’s on the net for new & used items and we hope you feel the same way.

IMPORTANT

Postal/Courier losses do occur very rarely in this day and age, as do some buyers fraudulently claiming non-receipt of item purchased

We reserve the right to be refunded by the courier before refunding the customer….

Generally before we are refunded by the courier we must wait until they have investigated the loss, and this may take up to 4 - 8 weeks maximum from the date we declare the item lost. By bidding/buying our items you agree that it is fair for us to allow the courier to conclude their investigation before we decide (or not) to issue a refund to the customer.

I am now a full time eBay selling agent that sells unwanted items for people who are either too busy or do not have the time. I am a registered business with premises;

I am very honest and if I make a mistake with an item it’s because I am human.
