Thank you for viewing this auction. Most items we sell are from local estates and range from antique to vintage, to unique, or useful.

Our prices are well researched and fall mostly in the middle or lower scale of the price range. We do consider the condition and scarcity of an item when determining the value, and try to make it a win- win situation for both of us.

Pictures are part of the description; most of the time we include a size reference, i.e. ruler, coin, deck of cards, pop can, etc.

So, dig in and check out the treasures that we found for you. Have fun, and hopefully you’ll find something that you love in our collection. Please make sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of upcoming sales and new items in our store “Vintage Treasure Trader”!

LOTS:

All lots are packaged and stored in our warehouse until shipping. Therefore we can not break up lots and sell only some items out of the lot.

We will also not accept any lower offers than the minimum bidding price for auction items. For our "buy-it-now" store items we run several sales throughout the year. If indicated by a "best offer" button, we are open to a reasonable offer for certain items.

QUESTIONS:

All reasonable questions about an item are welcome. We try to answer any question to the best of our ability!

BIDDING:

Please be considerate and only bid on an auction if you are serious about purchasing the item. It is time consuming and costly to deal with non-paying bidders. Enough said! Also be mindful  that we have to invest a lot of time and money in locating the items for sale. We incur costs for purchasing, transporting, researching, cleaning, repair if necessary, storage, packaging, and shipping. Thank you!

PAYMENT:

We accept PayPal, Gold, Silver, Cash, and personal checks. Personal checks must clear before an item ships. Unfortunately, for checks with insufficient funds we have to charge a $ 29.00 bank fee.

If you live close enough and decide to pick up your item in person, we can only accept cash.

PACKAGING:

We package all items safely, so that they will arrive in the same condition they were shipped. Fragile items will protected and double boxed if necessary. However, due to the rough and inconsiderate handling by the post office and other shipping services, they do still break on occasion. We buy insurance for fragile and/or valuable items to protect both of us from loss. The additional cost, if any, is included in the shipping charges.

SHIPPING:

In most cases we use USPS priority mail, unless other options are a better match for certain items, i.e. media mail for books and printed matter, and first class for small items. With USPS priority mail you will receive your item in a new, high quality cardboard container, insured, with tracking number provided for you.

Sometimes we use UPS or Fed-Ex for heavy or bulky items, if it saves money for the buyer.

We will honor a buyer's request to ship an item a certain way if requested; however, if that option is more expensive, all additional costs have to be paid for by the buyer.

Bulky, or very heavy items like furniture, machinery, etc. are mostly listed for local pick-up only. If a buyer wants an item like that shipped, he/she will have to arrange their own freight shipping. We will assist in any way possible.

RETURNS:

If an item is not as described, you can return it in its original condition for a full refund, including original shipping fees. If an item is returned for other reasons, i.e. buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, etc. then the original shipping costs and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded. We do not charge a re-stocking fee.

If an item is lost in the mail, or broken upon arrival, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with USPS on their website.
