I'm happy to give refunds if the item does not meet the buyer's expectations with regard to the listing. Also, refunds can be offered if the item doesn't fit well although postage costs would need to be paid for. Equally, once the item has left my hands (after obtaining a certificate of postage) I cannot be held responsible if it goes missing and insurance has not been purchased!
