This pair of Cherub Chef Menu holders are standing on  a pair of bellows in their gardens which shows carrots , Lettuce and Onions.

Made in 1873 with the correct markings

A delightful pair in excellent condition - but each figure has a tiny flea bite on one of their wings.

One of the figures has a small firing crack on the base which can be seen in the photo.
