Die Leuchtfarbe ist ORANGE. Die LED verfügen bereits über rückseitig angelötete Litze, wobei beide Leitungen flach in die selbe Richtung verlaufen. Diese Art der Verlötung ist sehr aufwendig und schwierig auzführen, bietet jedoch beim Verbauen der LED grösstmögliche Flexibilität in der Anwendung und gewährleistet extrem platzsparenden Einsatz. Für optimale Isolierung bei minimalem Aussendurchmesser und gleichzeitig "wasserweicher" Geschmeidigkeit kommt rauchgraue Microlitze mit nur 0,2 mm Durchmesser (Querschnittsfläche 0,005 mm²) zur Verwendung. Deren Isoliermantel besteht aus einer speziellen, hochhitzebeständigen Materialmischung mit hohem Teflon®-Anteil., deswegen tritt beim Löten so gut wie keine Längsschrumpfung auf.
Die Anschlusslänge beträgt ca. 350 mm. Für einfache Anschlusserkennung ist die Kathode ca. 10 mm kürzer als die Anode gehalten.

This auction is about 10 pieces of LED series 0402 with 0.2 mm stranded micro litz wire in a premium special edition with a very high brightness level and extra-long connecting wires (about 350 mm):
The illumination colour is ORANGE. The LED already have cables soldered onto the backside whereby both cables are leading flat in the same direction. This kind of soldering is very extensive and difficult to perform, but is offering maximum flexibility when applying the LED and is ensuring place-saving usage. For optimal insulation with minimal outside diameter and at the same time "water-like" softness, translucent grey stranded micro litz wire with only 0.2 mm in diameter (cross sectional area 0.005 mm²) is used. The insulation is made from a highly heat-resistant material with a high Teflon®-fraction. That´s why during soldering there is almost no longitudinal shrinkage.
The wire length is about 350 mm. For easy recognizable connecting, the Cathode is about 10 mm shorter than the Anode.
