Hermes standard tracked delivery is usually free of change and items are typically delivered within 4 working days.
Items ordered before 10.30am will usually be dispatched on the same working day unless otherwise specified in the item listing. Items ordered after 10.30am on a Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
Once your item is dispatched, the tracking information will be added to the sales record on the same day. To track your delivery simply click on the tracking number.
Please ensure there is somebody at the delivery address to accept your delivery. If you require delivery to a neighbour or a shed, garage, porch etc. please leave a note in the eBay sales record AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. If your item is being delivered by Hermes and you are not at home, the courier may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place outside your property. Daisy Traders accepts no responsibility for parcels left with neighbours or in places deemed safe by the courier.
Next-working day delivery is available for a small charge and may be selected at checkout.
Our returns period is 14 days from delivery of your item. To qualify for a refund please return items securely in their protective packaging. Retail packaging must be unopened, undamaged and all seals must remain intact.The buyer is responsible for returns postage.Refunds are not given for items that have been opened, used, assembled, tampered with or returned in a condition unfit for resale at their original price.
We reserve the right to test items reported faulty prior to issuing any refund. Refunds will usually be issued within 3 working days, via Paypal. Please do not abuse the eBay returns system, thank you.
