Warranty & Seller Guarantee

·       All items come with a 14-day warranty unless otherwise noted from time of receipt and for items sold in the “ for parts or not working” category.

·       NO WARRANTY is offered to customers outside of the USA, and items are not returnable!!!

·       Returns due to verified defect or seller error are eligible for a full refund.

·       Only the items described in the auction are included in the auction. We do NOT provide technical support, installation instructions, or manuals.

Return Policy

·       Return of a product that is not due to defect or seller error is subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is to cover the loss of shipping and eBay fees, as well as the diagnostics and testing involved in re-evaluating the returned, shipped, and handled item.

·       Items that have substantial wear or are materially different from how they were shipped are NOT eligible for refunds. Please, DO NOT buy our item and attempt to return a broken or substituted  item to us and attempt to have your funds returned. We photograph, record serial numbers and specifications, and physically mark our items so that they are distinguishable.

·       Buyers are responsible for shipping charges on ALL items returned to us in ALL circumstances.  Do not buy if you do not agree.

·       If you are bidding on electronic items or computer parts, please ensure that you verify compatibility of the item with your system. We assume no responsibility for items purchased that are not compatible with your system, and the 20% restocking fee will apply if the item is returned.

Shipping in the USA.

·       All items are shipped either by USPS or UPS.

·       Residents in HI, AK and PR will be charged a surcharge......Please contact us before bidding on or purchasing any item.

·       If your item(s) was damaged during shipping, please contact us and the shipping company. Don’t unpack or tamper with the damaged package until pictures have been taken or the shipping company has inspected the damaged item.

·       We proudly ship out all items within one (1) business day after receiving payment.

International Shipping – Outside the USA

·       You will be directed to join the Global Shipping Program, we do not ship Internationally to non members of this program.

·       If you win an auction that includes free shipping this covers freight to the airport in Kentucky, any additional shipping, duty or tax fees are not covered and are the customer’s responsibility.

·       Items are shipped by USPS Priority Mail International which is should arrive in 6-10 business days. There is no guarantee of time of delivery and we are in NO WAY responsible for shipping time.  This service provides tracking information, and insurance.   

·       Depending on the country you live in, you may have to pay customs, duties and taxes to your government in order to receive your package(s).  We are NOT responsible for any of these charges.

      Ebay’s Global Shipping Program Buyers

·       We are under Ebay's Global Shipping Program and all of our international buyers must go through that program. After you click on the item that you are looking to purchase directly beside the item description tab is another tab labeled payment and shipping and through that tab you will find the information about Ebay's Global Shipping Program. You must agree to all policies through this program.

·       We accept PayPal payments from buyers who are participants in this shipping program. Ebay should display all of the charges associated with your transaction.  We are not responsible for any of the listed prices or fees.  If you have a complaint or issue please contact Ebay’s GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM.

All laptops sold as “No Power” units are sold as is. “No Power” units are tested for power. No further testing has been done beyond testing for power.

·       There is no guarantee that any other component(s) are in working order. This includes, but is not limited to, RAM slots, LCD screens, Fans, Ports, Motherboards, etc. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT ANY INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL COMPONENTS WILL WORK!!!!
