The Republic of Commerce is a nine planet confederacy settled originally by colonists from the U.S.A. Rep-Com, as it is generally referred to, is next to Terra, the strongest member of the Terran Federation.  In addition to guard units of Star Guard marines, the Rep-Com field paramilitary police units. They often hire out as mercenaries and garrison troops. Their equipment includes cone rifles, multi-visors and jump jets.
