In order to receive Sky Italia a 60cm – 80cm Satellite Dish Kit pointing to HotBird @13 deg East will be needed. A Dedicated Sky Italia receiver must be used with all new subscriptions ( HD Decoder is not Included but available at discounted price if bought together with the card).

Note that activation normally takes 24/48 hours however if any delays beyond our control it could take a bit longer.

* Rai may result scrambled during some events only visible to Tivusat subscribers*
* Mediaset channels are now encrypted and only available with a Tivusat viewing card

Please Note:

Because of the new Sky Italia anti-piracy measures, it is a requirement that the Prepaid Card is paired / married with the SKY Italia HD Decoder . As a result the channels HD and SD will be blocked unless the HD Decoder has been paired / matched before.

To overcome this, you will need to send us the STB ID number shown on the screen when tuned on any HD channel.

When you insert your new Sky Italia Card into your existing SKY Italia HD Decoder you might get a message on the screen such as : Riconoscimento Smart card >>> Avviso Numero 07 etc…, if your decoder was not paired / matched before..

Please supply us by email the Sky Italia Card number , the Decoder Serial Number and the STB ID showing on the screen while it is tuned on Channel 100 and we will pair the card to your decoder, this process can take 24-48 hours estimated , however if any delays beyond our control it could take longer.

IMPORTANT: If you insert this card in another receiver which is not the SKY ITALIA ORIGINAL HD DECODER you will damage the CARD (error 9993, 9994, 9995, 9996, 02 etc.).

In this case, there’s NO refund and NO replacement of the damaged CARD !!!
BE AWARE. PLEASE ONLY USE THE ORIGINAL SKY ITALIA HD DECODER!!!

( Sky Italia SD decoders are no longer compatible with the new Sky italia cards .)

Primafila and EPL games content are not part of this package and require additional subscriptions which can only be added on the contract cards. Pay Per View (Primafila) are not part of this subscription..

Channels and Programming including Sport / Football events are subject to change without any notice by the broadcaster.

The TV operator remains solely responsible for the content of his bouquets and availability of their channels and/ or programming schedules.

No warranty is supplied on the card if damaged or misused – No exceptions . Cards are sold on the understanding that it is used in an Official SKY Italia Decoder.

This viewing card is offered strictly for Domestic and Personal Use . Using this viewing card for Sport or Football in UK Commercial premises such as a Pubs or Sport Bars is strictly forbidden and may result in you been prosecuted by the FA , The Football Association, SKY UK and BT Sport under UK laws for Copyrights Infringements . Any prosecution will result in heavy fines and criminal records therefore please DO NOT ATTEMPT and instead use official SKY UK and BT Sport commercial contracts in your premises.

All products returned will be inspected to ensure they are returned in brand new condition and re-saleable condition. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced if returned to us within 14 working days, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item (Please note that the above terms does not apply to products sold as seen or without any warranty) It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.

Where deemed possible we will replace any faulty/damaged components rather than replacing the whole item. We will always ensure that the product received is suitable for use and of satisfactory condition, and will endeavor to solve any problem as efficiently as possible.

Satellite viewing cards are exempt from our Return Policy , at our discretion we might be able to compromise therefore please contact us first. Viewing cards must be unused and Not activated.

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to guarantee subscription viewing cards, should the broadcaster decide to cease broadcasting or alter its programming content from those currently advertised, change schedules, satellite position, or card is misused and / or cancelled by the Broadcaster.

Viewing cards are provided strictly for domestic use only, no advice or warranty will be given for use in public houses, bars and any other commercial premises.
