John Day white metal 1938 Bugatti built kit. There is a sticker on the bottom showing made was built by Jim Waters, and a written description of model. Ink has run, cant read clearly. Model is static, no opening feature, wheels fixed, does not roll, and no box. Left rear wheel is detached, shown sitting in place for photos, lightly glued, will need to be epoxied by new owner. Model needs a careful light cleaning.  No box. See detailed photos.
