A very sweet white cotton doll dress dating from the early part of the 1900's.  Home sewn it is constructed with a lace inset bodice on the front.  Lace around the neckline and a pretty little lace applique at center front near the neck line.

The long full sleeves are gathered over the shoulders ending at the wrist with a lace insertion with ruffle.  Lace insertion also decorates the waist band.  The full skirt has one row of insertion lace near the hem.  Back of dress buttons to the waist with two pearl buttons.

A couple small lace holes and a dot of oxidation on the front hem.  Very nice for the age.

Length from the neck line to the hem is 14" long.  5-3/4" across from one shoulder to the other.  14" around the chest.  Waist is 11-1/4" around. Sleeve length is 5-1/2" long.  Wrist is 3-1/4" around.
