RUSSIA IMPORTANT - Please note Russian Customs & Excise will NOT accept Tracked/Signed for delivery items from Royal Mail or Courier Services.  Therefore all parcels under £20 are sent by Royal Mail Small Parcels service.  This includes insurance up to £20 but is NOT trackable.  Any item over the value of £20 can be sent but at the buyers own risk.

POSTAL DETAILS:

UK:  All post is sent by Royal Mail where possible, various options are available at checkout. Please note that only Special Next Day Delivery gives compensation to all jewellery.  Where any item is lost in the post sent by any other means, 1st Class or Recorded Delivery, any compensation is paid out in stamps by Royal Mail, the postal method is your option, please choose wisely. Combined items with a value of £46 and over will be sent by Special Next Day Delivery before 1.00 pm, unless you e-mail requesting a cheaper postal method.  I am happy to send items using a cheaper service, but this would be at your own risk!

EUROPE & WORLDWIDE:  Postal rates depend on the total weight of items, if you buy 2 or more items then I always offer great combined P&P discounts to keep the costs to a minimum in many a cases 3-5 items cost the same to send as one!  If total value of items exceeds £45.00 International Signed for or Airsure postage will be used  (*not all countries have the Airsure facility).  Only Airsure is tracked from start to finish with a signature on delivery/International Signed for is only tracked within the UK but signature obtained on delivery. If you wish items to be sent by a cheaper postal method then please e-mail.  I am happy to send items using a cheaper service, but this would be at your own risk, as in case of loss or damage, very little or no compenstation is paid out by Royal Mail!

**Standard Royal Airmail post is not tracked and does not have a tracking number.  If you wish a tracking number please use International Signed For or Airsure on checkout.**

IMPORTANT UK & OVERSEAS: 

It is adviseable to use Special Next Day Delivery or International Signed For/Airsure to obtain compensation in case of loss or damage as the value of the items is paid out, I offer both of these services in addtion to normal  standard postal service, the choice is yours.  Standard postal services DO NOT include compensation for loss or damage of jewellery and any claim for lost/damaged post only pays out the value in stamps and not a refund in money terms.  I am happy to make any claim for lost post but can only refund what I am refunded by the Post Office, please bear this in mind when choosing your method of postal service.

Check sizes & measurements.  These are here for your benefit as photo's can be deceptive as to size.  Colours may also vary from monitor to monitor.  Please also bear in mind pre-owned/pre-loved items may show minor signs of wear commensurate with age on jewellery.  Any major defects/flaws will always be pointed out and in many cases backed up with close up photographs.
