What an adorable dress with an elastic Empire waist and lots of embroidery! This garment is made by JWLA/ JW Los Angeles by Johnny Was.  The fabric is knit cotton, washable. Bust measurement 36, length at center back about 30 inches, so it could be worn as a short dress or long tunic top. Tasty as can be!
