A lovely lined skirt with a frilled hem. 

It has an elasticated waist also has a tie belt with bell on the end.

There are sequins along the hem too.

In very good used condition.

Waistband to hem measures 33"

UK Size Large 

I would recommend that these skirts are washed separately in cool water and hung to dry.

No rips or marks other than mentioned..
